The documents listed below must be provided in advance to the agent in order to submit the request for overflight and landing at the airports where we operate in the DRC.
For overflight authorizations, only aircraft documents are required:
Aircraft documents :
- Registration certificate.
- Certificate of airworthiness.
- Air carrier certificate.
- Radio license.
- Insurance certificate including the DRC.
- Noise pollution certificate.
Crew Documents :
- Licenses.
Passenger Documents :
- Passports of passengers with DRC visa.
- Official invitation letter.
- Receiving party (name, telephone number, email, etc.).
- Purpose of the trip.
